Dominion Energy and Santee Cooper are requesting an air permit from the SC Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) to operate the proposed Edisto gas plant in Colleton County. Now is your chance to speak up and demand that regulators protect communities from the pollution this plant will emit! Community members can speak up for public health and the environment at the SCDES public hearing on October 20.

Join CVSC and partner organizations for an advocacy training webinar on October 12 at 12:00 pm. We’ll explain the proposed air permit, and cover everything from where to park to how to draft your comment. Learn how to make your voice heard and speak up for stronger air protections on the Edisto gas plant.
