Rebecca Haynes

Rebecca has over fifteen years of experience working on environmental policy in South Carolina with communities, utilities, and agencies while working at DHEC, American Rivers, and CVSC.

A University of Georgia graduate, Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a Certificate in Environmental Ethics, and a Master of Science in Conservation Ecology and Sustainable Development. She is also active in Columbia as Founding Chair of the NoMa Bark Park and a Past President of the Earlewood Community Citizens Organization. In 2014, Rebecca was named as one of the State’s Top 20 under 40.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dogs exploring all that South Carolina has to offer.
