The Green Tie Awards Luncheon celebrates elected and civic leaders who stand in the South Carolina General Assembly and their own communities to protect our state’s air, land, and water. The event serves as an opportunity for sponsors and attendees to network and celebrate their work.
The 2023 Green Tie Awards Luncheon occurred on Wednesday, September 20th, at 701 Whaley in Columbia.

2023 Green Tie Award Honorees
CVSC’s 2023 Green Tie honorees have each demonstrated the impact that can be made on South Carolina when dedicated leaders fight to protect South Carolina’s air, land, and water.
This year’s honorees have led efforts to ensure all South Carolinians drink clean water, enjoy thousands of acres of protected lands, and have the right to live in pollution-free communities. Their commitment to protecting the South Carolina we love is an inspiration to current and future generations fighting for a better South Carolina.
